Chairman

The Chairman, High Chief Donatus Ifeanyichukwu Agbim, is an expert in Communication technology and Engineering. He commenced his experience at Multilinks Wireless Ltd in the Telecommunications industry. From here he was identified and picked by Texaco Nigeria PLC to join the Corporate Communications team. Texaco Nigeria PLC, after a merger became Chevron Oil Nigeria PLC and Chief Donatus was transferred to the Information Technology Department to manage the communication operations.

He obtained his first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He majored in Communications Engineering. He also obtained an MBA in Business Administration from the Lagos State University Ojo.

He has participated and led several projects to develop and upgrade companywide communications operations in the Nigerian and West African Business of Chevron Oil Nigeria PLC. He continued to do this under MRS PLC after a West African asset takeover until he left to join his colleagues to form this company; Vegasirius Nigeria Limited.

High Chief Donatus sits in several Councils including the council of chiefs in his Village and Town. Additionally, he participates actively in peace councils in his village and neighboring towns. He also sits in the board of several Companies.

The Managing Director; Collins Uchenna Opara, is an Operations and Quality Management professional with experience in the oil and gas sector. His ability to mine information to take good decision and deliver thoughts that align with management perspectives has been valuable in many projects while he worked with several companies; National Oil & Chemical Marketing Company (NOLCHEM), CONOIL, Chevron PLC and MRS PLC.

He obtained his first degree in industrial Chemistry from Federal University of Technology Owerri and a PGD in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos. Collins also has Qualification in Quality Management from Robert Gordon University UK.

He has outstanding experience in Technical Services especially for handling customer concerns and for supporting sales force with customer support activities. In many projects, he successfully investigated and resolved complaints related to diesel fuel products at several customer facilities and government (PPMC) depots in Nigeria. He also completed similar project resolving lubricant technical issues at various locations in West Africa while with Chevron. Collins was the Leader, Project Quality for the Lubrication project of a 445MW Gas Turbine Plant at Geregu in Kogi State, Nigeria.

Collins participated in several Lubricant and Grease product development projects and initiatives; first participation in CONOIL PLC Lubricant Brands, Maintenance of Lube Technical information in Chevron and leading the Lubricants product design and development tasks in MRS Oil PLC. With Flair for mentorship programs and knowledge transfer, Collins successfully led a Project Team to plan and execute batches of training program on Technical and Depot Operations for Fuels and Aviation Business. He supported the HES department in the deployment of Safety and Operational Excellence Program including LPS (Loss prevention System) for the Operations Functions. In 2010, the Operations Management Team of MRS PLC honored Collins with the best Safety article in a company-wide competition.

Collins has received exposure in several development programs which include but not limited to Lubrication and Fuels Technology, Quality Management, Operations Management, Product quality management system, General Work Practices, Loss Prevention System, Management of Change, SAP, LIMS etc. He is a member of Society for Tribology & Lubrication Engineers (STLE), American Chemical Society (ACS), and American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Director, Warehouse & Logistics

The Executive Director Warehouse & Logistics; Mr. Phillips. Okpako Tetebor is experienced personnel in Logistics Management, Materials storage and handling. His experience span over a period of 27years of working with Chevron ranging from activities which include but not limited to lubricant manufacturing operations, Bulk handling and supply of Lubricant/Fuels, Raw Materials storage and handling etc.

He obtained a Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University – Ile-Ife. Osun State. Since then he has received training in Supervisor Essential (MAN training), Loss Prevention System (LPS), General Work Practice, Compliance Management, Team Management, Business Conduct and Ethics Code and many other development activities. In 2001, Philip was awarded the best performing staff in the operations function by the ChevronTexaco Nigeria PLC Corporate Management.

Philip joined his former colleagues from Chevron Oil Nigeria PLC to set up Vegasirius Nigeria Limited.


Manager, Shipping & Marine Operations

The Manager- Shipping & Marine Operations; Capt. Emmanuel Olas Omotade, is an expert in Shipping and Maritime Operations. He gained sailing exposure and experience with Karlander A.S Oslo Norway as a 3rd Navigating Officer on board a near Continental Trade Vessel MT Sletreal, 2nd Navigating Officer on board MT Real Progress, Chief Officer on board MT Ocean Queen and Master on board MT AEGEON.

After successful sailing career, he joined Living Line Shipping Company in Lagos as a Marine Superintendent in 1995; He later joined Soltide Tankers (UK) Limited in1998 as Ship-Agency Manager. The position he held until he was appointed as Operations Manager -Amandla SOG FZC Limited, Sharjar, United Arab Emirates in 2006.

He started his education at the Federal College of Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos-Nigeria where he obtained a National Diploma. He later obtained a Mate/Master Offshore Certificate of Competency -Near Continental Trade with more than 12 years of quality hands-on sailing experiences on many oil and gas tanker vessels.

Capt. Omotade is widely traveled and has varied exposures to Ship Management and Multinational Upstream/Downstream Shipping and Tanker Vessel Operations.  


Manager, Operations, Quality & HSE
Manager, Operations and HSE

Nnaemeka Ekewuba is a trained and practicing project manager with over 15 years’ experience in Logistics, Oil Terminal operations management, Safety, Health and Environment, business development, business start-ups for oil and gas industry, agro allied industry and manufacturing.

He obtained his first degree in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri Imo state. He has since participated in and led several high profile projects which include Izombe Gas Processing Plant, Ibeno Gas Processing and power project and Owel Farms Limited renewable energy project.

Nnaemeka was the Depot Operations Manager for MRS Oil & Gas Ltd and was later the Health Environment and Safety Manger for MRS Oil Nigeria PLC before joining Vegasirius Nigeria Limited. He presently provides and implements Quality Management & HSE guidance in other to ensure the effectiveness of the company’s Management Systems. He also manages the Operations compliance/standards and Contractor safety management Programs for the company.



Financial Controller

Usman Kabir is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience in project finance, management accounting, budgetary and budget control. He is an experienced auditor and internal control manager with strong proficiency in modern IT based accounting and Finance process supervision. Some of the many capabilities of Usman are Multiple Project Fund Raising & Management, Policy formulation and direction, Planning and forecasting and Tax planning/management including Expatriate tax management

He obtained his first degree in Accounting from Kwara State Polytechnic where he graduated as the best student in his class. He has since been involved in various development activities in the area of Finance, Administration and Business development.

He was the GM finance and investment at Owel Linkso group where he led the Finance team to raise fund for various project ranging from high profile Oil and Gas project to Manufacturing and Agriculture. He represented Owel in JV boards to drive project success through outstanding Investment and financial management and strict fund control.

He is a Director in the board of Mutual Point Consult and Bamah Nissi Multilinks limited. He presently provides and implements Finance & Administrative guidance for the company in other to ensure the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the System
