Over nine major mandates and counting, across lubrication, fuels technology, marine logistics and training. For Nigeria's national oil company, Africa's largest refinery project, a national telecoms operator and a Federal Government-licensed terminal.
These are mandates we have delivered for clients that do not take chances, from the national oil company to a national telecoms operator. Each one is real work with a result behind it.
NNPC Retail was already making and selling lubricants. We rebuilt every layer: formulation, packaging, production and process, technical documentation, regulatory certification, and staff training across all 530 stations in the six geopolitical zones. All four milestones delivered on scope, on budget, on schedule.
A Federal Government-licensed bonded terminal in Apapa that had the wrong grades, reactive buying and no lubrication programme. We fixed the products, brought procurement under control, and have run monthly supply and on-site advisory across eight heavy machines since 2014.
AA Rano had no lubricant business. We built one from a blank page: product slate and naming, additive design, specification and data sheets, MSDS, MANCAP certification, business model, operations manual and roll-out strategy. All three milestones completed in six months.
Commercial manager for a 12-month HFO380 marine fuel supply to the dredgers building Africa's largest refinery. Lome to Lagos on a Shell Time 4 charter, coordinating cargo, discharge, bunkers and naval security. Delivered in partnership with Bellmari, the contract holder.
Network base stations in Benin City were losing uptime to bad fuel and short deliveries. We supplied 200,000 litres of quality-assured diesel and closed the quality and delivery gaps that were putting the network at risk.
Trained 700 retail staff across all 530 stations in the six geopolitical zones, plus a two-day executive programme at Transcorp Hotel, Calabar, with certificates issued to 30 senior managers.
A government-contracted World Ports Visualisation Gallery at Shippers' Towers, Apapa. We replaced an international firm after unanimous board approval on a sample, and delivered 150 artworks in two months.
Replaced the wrong lubricant grades, set up a structured lubrication programme, and provided on-call technical advisory for a leading personal-care manufacturer in Ikeja, Lagos.
C&I Leasing needed equipment moved from suppliers in North London, Belgium and across Europe to sites in Lagos and Port Harcourt. We ran the whole chain door to door: collection at origin, all import documentation including Form M and PAAR, ocean freight with live vessel tracking, fast customs clearing on arrival to protect demurrage-free days, and final delivery on a goods-in-transit basis. One accountable party from the factory gate in Europe to the site in Nigeria.
Mandates and ongoing relationships across energy, manufacturing, construction, telecoms, marine and government.
Whatever the sector, the pattern is the same: we take the problem off your plate and stand behind the result. Send us the brief and we will tell you how we would handle it.
