About Vegasirius

The people who keep industry running.

Vegasirius Nigeria Limited is an integrated operations company delivering lubrication management, asset protection, fuel assurance, and logistics control systems that keep critical infrastructure running without interruption.

Who We Are

Registered in 2012 and operating since 2013, the company helps industries keep equipment running and supply flowing, through the right products, managed programmes and dependable supply. We work across energy, manufacturing, construction, telecoms, marine and government. In environments where downtime is costly and failure is not an option, Vegasirius delivers precision, stability, and measurable operational outcomes.

Our commitment is simple: your operations run as intended, consistently, predictably, and without disruption.

Capability earned through the work.

Vegasirius was registered in 2012 and began operations in 2013. The company was established to solve one problem: preventing costly operational failure in complex industrial systems.

Across Nigerian industry, good equipment was failing early and good operations were losing money. Not because of bad machines, but because of the wrong lubricant (or good lubricants applied the wrong way), or fuel that arrived dirty or late. The fix was rarely done properly.

We set out to do it properly. Early on that meant hands-on technical work: specifying the right lubricants and fuels for operating conditions, building structured programmes where there were none, and standing behind the result. Good work earned harder work. We supplied fuels to telecom base stations. We optimised lubricant operations. We trained operators across over 530 retail stations. We built lubricant business from a blank page to a certified product range. We helped move the marine fuel that supplied dredgers for large projects. We managed global marine research projects. We also moved heavy logistics efficiently.

More than a decade on, the principle has not changed. Our company has grown into two core practices: lubrication and asset protection, and fuels technology and supply. Both exist to do one thing, keep your facilities and assets running and keep them supplied. Everything else we do supports that.

Vision

To be the most trusted partner for operational continuity in Africa's critical industries, keeping the energy, assets and logistics running without interruption.

Mission

To design and manage the lubrication, fuel and logistics that keep industry moving, securing energy supply, protecting asset performance, and keeping operations running, even in the most demanding environments.

Leadership

Built by people from the majors.

Vegasirius was founded by colleagues who built their careers inside Chevron and the wider majors. That lineage runs through the leadership, and it is why clients trust the company with technical work others send abroad.
